Travel Expectations: Ability to travel onsite for meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis
Like WCG, you believe in the power of work. As the Accounts Payable Administrator – EO you'll be responsible for receiving, tracking and processing Employment Ontario contractor financial documentation and submissions, as well as processing timely payments to contractors, and responding to contractor inquiries. You will monitor the EO Accounts inbox, ensure accurate cross-referencing of support documents, and provide field contact and filing support. Additionally, you will perform routine data entry procedures and processing of month end requirements.
You will work closely with the Finance Business Partner EO and Intermediate Accountant EO to ensure the timely and accurate management of partner financial transactions.
