The Head of Deposits will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the deposit products and payments team. This includes managing the deposit and payments business and product strategy, through close collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities, execute initiatives, and meet business goals.

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve business performance targets in areas such as portfolio management, balance ratio optimization, margin maximization, revenue growth, and payment product development on digital channels.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, conceptualization, system testing, and execution of product campaigns and launches.
• Liaise with stakeholders to optimize operational frameworks and drive process improvement projects.
• Manage Singapore Dollar and Foreign Currency deposit products, including CASA and time deposits, as well as payment products like debit cards, ATM cards, NETs, Paynow, QR, GIRO, and FAST.
• Support product and service inquiries from frontline and support units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and compliance issues by maintaining, updating, and revising policies and procedures.
• The role involves extensive collaboration with external stakeholders and partners to develop and grow digital payments in Singapore and overseas, including other banks, FinTech partners, and merchants/aggregators.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in deposits products, preferably with 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of deposit products and Wealth Management business.
• Proficient in product development, digital wealth, data analytics, marketing, project management, customer experience, customer service, and compliance matters.
• Able to apply Root Cause Analysis and integrate Knowledge Data to present meaningful insights to Senior Management.
• Ability to build a high-performing team and influence Senior Stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
