We are recruiting a Corporate Sales Executive for our client, based out of their Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  2. Create and manage overall action plans to exceed the provided budget.
  3. Discover new business contacts and close the sale.
  4. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  6. Cultivate relationships with a wide variety of key decision makers in the market.
  7. Conduct face-to-face discovery and sales meetings.
  8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  9. Perform sales prospecting activities on a routine basis.
  10. Maintain the Salesforce customer relationship management database.
  11. Articulate the value of a customized client's value proposition to meet customer needs.

Skills

  1. Experience in managing and overseeing long sales cycles in the payment solution industry or banking industry.
  2. Proven record of achievement of sales targets in financial institutions/banks/B2B.
  3. Ability to develop consultative sales strategies. Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain rigor at every step of the process.
  4. Ability to manage an effective pipeline to secure multimillion-dollar charge volume wins for the client.
  5. Strong relationship/networking skills up to directors and C-level.
  6. Capability to build strong relationships across the matrix organization and build a wide network of contacts.
  7. Negotiation/problem-solving skills with the field and/or client in a highly consultative servicing.
  8. Previous sales experience, minimum 7 years in the UAE market, preferably in the banking industry.
  9. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  10. Car and driving license is mandatory for this job.
