Job Responsibilities

1. Process PO’s on SalesForce and iFlight once received from Sales Account Manager
2. Progress report submission to clients in a proactive manner
3. Customer complaint follow-up
4. Linking of Incoming Customer Property with SalesForce Quotations and/or Sales Account Manager
5. Periodic regional customer review
6. Conformance to global processes within the ERP system
7. Issuing of control orders for initial inspection and repair if required for Production Team Support
