Synopsis
The Flight Analyst is solely responsible for optimal inventory use across the Etihad network. Their focus is to drive the revenue impact of overbooking against the cost of denied boarding along with negative Guest experience. Using PROS and other data sources, analyse the trend of no-shows and cancellations. Using market knowledge, adapt strategy to ensure optimal solution. Focus person for Revenue Management to highlight route performance and work closely with the Market Teams to correct any forecast imbalances.
