The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air, sea, and land freight services with a proven track record in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air, sea, and land freight sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and promote company services.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the air, sea, or land freight industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, logistics operations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
