We are currently recruiting for an Administrator - WFS to join our Manpower and Mobilization team located in our HQ, in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: The Administrator - WFS is responsible for supporting the Account Management Team in delivering HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Manager – Workforce Solutions to ensure that customer and employee expectations are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Update accurate salaries and bank details ensuring salaries are processed correctly.
- Timely submission of cash requests, claims, and expenses made towards passes and permits.
- Maintain accuracy in the application of visas, medical, and passes.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the account management team on Transition Planning for Onboarding/Offboarding Projects.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client: recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing, and ad hoc HR requests.
- Ensure all tasks are aligned with the agreed SLA with the teams.
Process Responsibilities:
- Support in weekly and monthly reports on admin activities and status as required.
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the assigned accounts.
- Understand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule to meet deadlines.
- Assist in disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR.
- Track and maintain records of employees pertaining to their lifecycle (personal documents, passes and permits, medical insurance, lifecycle documents, etc.).
Innovation Responsibilities:
- Manage data dumps and use reports to enable efficiency in work.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and savings.
