Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in handling inbound tourism to Dubai. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into bookings, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound inquiries related to holiday packages, tours, and experiences in Dubai.
  2. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing accurate and compelling information about the services offered.
  3. Coordinate with tour operators, hotels, and other suppliers to secure services for clients.
  4. Provide detailed and customized travel itineraries for individual and group travelers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
  7. Stay updated on Dubai’s attractions, tours, and travel trends to provide relevant advice to clients.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  9. Collaborate with other departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in inbound tourism sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
  2. Strong knowledge of Dubai’s key tourist attractions, tours, and experiences.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  7. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
  8. Candidates from the Philippines are preferred for this role due to team diversity needs.
