Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Fujairah, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support across all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Officer will ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and will play an active role in improving HR systems and processes to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
3. Monitor employee performance and provide support for performance evaluations and improvement plans.
4. Manage employee relations, addressing issues and providing guidance to managers and employees.
5. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies and procedures.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in the HRIS system.
7. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
8. Provide support in handling disciplinary actions and resolving grievances.
9. Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
10. Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operations as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Officer or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
