Works as a primary contact between the marketing team and external suppliers to source marketing production and required materials such as printing press, digital printing, giveaways, banners, display stands, etc.
Identifies suppliers, negotiates prices and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to outsource services with competitive rates and quality based on identified needs.
Supports the marketing plans and campaigns across the entire Air Arabia network. Coordinates between marketing & CC team, Hubs/Outstation, E-commerce, suppliers, and partner organizations through confirming marketing requirements and campaigns briefs received from Commercial Managers in terms of budget, quality, and design.
Manages the system in terms of workflow by prioritizing and delegating work to the creative and Studio team.
Liaises with the creative team on agreed artwork to approve and facilitate timely production, ensuring conformity with approved standards in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, distribution, display, and publishing.
