Account Manager- UK Expansion , Amazon 3P

Are you looking to join a community of professionals that support the growth of Selling Partners’ businesses? Amazon is looking for Account Managers to join its Cross Border (EU>UK) Marketplace Team in Germany.

Today more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers. Our customers can choose from more than 100 million distinct products on Amazon. That vast choice is only possible because of the many entrepreneurial, third-party businesses who offer their products on the Amazon Marketplace.

Your role will focus on driving the expansion of the UK marketplace by building strong relationships with Selling Partners and contributing to business acquisition. You’ll assess businesses, support their launch in the Cross Border FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) program, and help make their products available to Amazon customers across the UK. In addition, you’ll lead fast-paced projects and initiatives that enhance both seller and customer experiences, playing a critical role in Amazon’s UK expansion efforts.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Help selling partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their relevant product selection to customers.
  2. Manage a portfolio of selling partners, assist them with their setup and help them understand Amazon‘s services and tools to be more effective in building and managing their Amazon business.
  3. Develop and report on key performance indicators for your selling partner-portfolio, providing analysis into root causes for performance improvements.
  4. Obtain ongoing selling partner feedback to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Fluent in both German and English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree.
  3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  4. Self-motivated team player, with a hands-on mentality to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving team environment.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally, thinking both strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Successful candidates will have proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
  2. Proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills in addition to being customer focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
