The scope of responsibilities of the team includes ownership and backstage initiatives, commercial performance, small/medium business operations, store operations field leadership, and readiness for campaigns and new product introductions.

Critical skills include collaboration, critical thinking, and an ability to design and implement programs that enhance the in-store shopping experience, through the filters of Team, Customer, and Apple.
As a Program Manager within the Ownership Operations Team, you are responsible for identifying, creating, leading, and implementing effective programs that solve highly complex, often technical problems related to product ownership within Apple Retail Stores. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a larger, global cross-functional team.
