Job Title: Head Waiter

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter to oversee the operations of our Food and Beverage outlets, delivering exceptional Guest and Member experiences while working closely with the team to achieve departmental targets.

1. Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure high standards are met
2. Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team to drive results
3. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance
4. Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
5. Represent the needs of the team and provide support where needed
6. Assist management in achieving financial targets and developing team members

1. Previous experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a supervisory role
2. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
3. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
