Role Description
This is a contract role for a Line Trainer at PETRONAS CHEMICALS METHANOL SDN. BHD. The Line Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for production line staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and monitoring performance and productivity. This role is on-site at the company's Labuan location.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor and assess staff performance
- Technical knowledge of production processes
- Certification in training or human resources is a plus
- Previous experience in the chemical industry
