What We Are Looking For:
We need a Reddit Marketing Growth Lead who can bring their social media and content marketing expertise to the Reddit ecosystem. This is a remote (work from home) position with significant growth potential. Our ideal candidate must be a natural at engaging online communities, with exceptional copywriting skills and experience in creating viral or highly engaging content across any social platform.

Because you'll be orchestrating sophisticated Reddit marketing campaigns that actually work. This isn't about spamming links - it's about creating genuine engagement through wit, timing, and strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for building and managing hundreds of Reddit accounts, conducting thorough keyword research, and identifying opportunities to rank Reddit threads in Google search results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Developing and executing content strategies that resonate with online communities.
2. Managing and scaling multiple social accounts while maintaining authenticity.
3. Building and moderating online communities.
4. Conducting keyword research to identify ranking opportunities.
5. Creating engaging content that drives organic engagement.
6. Managing proxy infrastructure for account operations.
7. Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies.

Growth Opportunities:
You'll work directly with our Head of SEO operations and Director. You'll have daily calls with the SEO team to strategize, plan, and evaluate your progress. You'll be graded on your ability to generate tangible results for our clients and own sites through Reddit. Performance-based bonuses aligned with campaign success. The Ideal Candidate:

1. Social Media Maven: Whether you've mastered Twitter, crushed it on LinkedIn, or built engaging Facebook communities - if you understand what makes content spread online, we want to talk to you. Experience with Reddit is a plus, but not required.
2. Abstract Strategist: You can see patterns where others see chaos. You have a track record of identifying unique opportunities through both data analysis and cultural awareness of online communities.
3. Technical Operator: You're comfortable learning new tools and platforms. Experience with proxy management is a plus, but we're more interested in your ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
4. Content Craftsman: Your writing adapts seamlessly across different audiences and platforms. You can write everything from technical deep-dives to witty one-liners that capture attention and drive engagement.
5. Data-Driven Creator: You combine creativity with analytical thinking, using performance metrics to guide your strategy while maintaining an authentic voice that resonates with your audience.
