Position Purpose:
Coordinate and execute ongoing online maintenance activities for online product assortment. Identify, track and resolve customer facing issues to ensure a frictionless online experience. Work directly with cross-functional teams as well as offshore support teams to streamline, minimize and resolve data misalignment issues impacting the online shopping experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage (daily, weekly, and monthly) cleanse activities, and process improvements with internal and offshore team (as per department need).
- Inform cross-functional partners and stakeholders of data initiatives as well as maintenance process changes.
- Communicate effectively to cross functional teams on data issues and what support is required from the teams.
- Work with internal and external teams (Ecommerce, Merchandising, Offshore, etc.) to ensure business needs and maintenance activities are being captured within ticketing portal and SLAs are achieved.
- Comprehend website logic (price and cost conditions, system syncs) in order to effectively assess and troubleshoot data issues.
- Maintain online product catalog changes, product content changes (marketing, assets, specifications, dimensions, etc.), and logistics and supply chain product changes with offshore team.
- Support Project teams on small to large scale projects, by identifying data requirements and executing activities within project deadlines.
- Look to improve process and drive efficiencies through automation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have prior experience as a data analyst or in an eCommerce/data relevant role (2 years).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, and Word).
Skills:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree/diploma program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required.
- Experience with providing customer support and managing escalations.
- Ability to prioritize in urgent settings, being able to manage fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and organization skills are essential.
- Strong communication skills are key to success to coordinate vendor and merchant activities.
- The ability to liaise with cross-functional partners to address concerns, process gaps or insights.
