Experienced Project Manager in Road/Pavement Construction for Civil Engineering Technological Company

We are looking for a country manager to drive our business development in UAE.

What you do:

• Implement our solution from initial planning and execution to follow-up activities to deepen sales proficiency.
• Develop new/existing markets and execute business development program in UAE.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and corresponding case studies and testimonials.
• Promote strategic customer retention for returning business opportunities.

Who you are:

• Experienced infrastructure project manager (at least 10 years) in road and/or railway construction. You have a proven track record of collaboration with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, government authorities, etc.
• You understand the cost structure of infrastructure projects and can identify where our solution provides the greatest value.
• You have a relevant connections network that can introduce you to an even wider relevant network.
• You are a good presenter and easily convince people using your professional knowledge.
• You are a people's person; you are a good listener, attentive to details, naturally connect with people, and spread good vibes.

Other:

• Traveling capacity: you can hit the ground and visit sites personally in about 50% of your position scope.
