We are currently seeking an IT Sales Consultant for our established company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and able to work on a full-time or commission basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals for our software products/services.
Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Prior experience in IT sales & marketing, particularly in acquiring new business opportunities, is required.
- Lead Generation:
- Leverage multiple channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events, to generate leads.
- Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our software solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demos:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our software products.
- Effectively address client inquiries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM software.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify new opportunities for business development and market expansion.
- Sales Closing Ability:
- Demonstrate strong sales closing skills, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to clients.
- Develop effective negotiation strategies to finalize sales and secure long-term contracts.
- Business Knowledge in Different Industries:
- Possess a broad understanding of various industries to effectively address the unique needs of clients.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
- Proven UAE experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the software industry (Minimum of 1-3 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driving License (preferred).
