• Carry out necessary repairs and replacements to resolve identified issues. Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.

Testing and Verification:

• Perform tests to verify the effectiveness of repairs and ensure that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Road test vehicles to confirm resolution of issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors and customers.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by explaining diagnostic results and repair plans to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Address any customer concerns or questions regarding vehicle issues and repairs.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in diagnostic technology.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive diagnostic technician.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software. Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Licenses: Valid UAE driver's license.
• Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
